Special design for Electric Boilers: This control system is specifically designed for electric steam boilers, covering the entire process from the startup to shutdown of the heating elements, as well as the full management of the water treatment to steam generation process, ensuring high efficiency and safety in boiler operation.
Integrated Control Functions: Achieves precise control of electric heating load, steam pressure, temperature regulation, water level management, and other parameters, optimizing boiler operation efficiency across all aspects.
Auxiliary Equipment Management: Controls auxiliary equipment such as water pumps, enabling fully automated operation of the boiler system.
Communication and Control Core
Communication Interface: Equipped with RS485 bus, Ethernet, and GPRS wireless communication, supporting integration with industrial automation systems such as SCADA systems and IoT systems.
Control System: Optional PLCs from domestic or internationally renowned brands (Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, etc.), ensuring system reliability and efficiency. The system can be configured with an upper-level computer or use a DCS control system. Alternatively, a simple button-based microcontroller control system can be selected.
Operating Interface: Offers high-resolution touch screen options of 7", 10", 12", or 15" (MCGS or Siemens series), with a user-friendly interface design that simplifies the operation process.

Fault Self-Diagnosis and Alarm System: Self-diagnosis for faults in sensors such as temperature, pressure, and level, as well as internal faults in control devices. This ensures timely fault alarms and troubleshooting.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Protection: Real-time monitoring of various operational parameters of the boiler. When parameters exceed safety limits, the system automatically triggers alarms and interlocks for protection, ensuring system safety.
Energy-Efficient Operation Management: Dual-mode timed control for a week, with 6 scheduled time periods for temperature control per day. This effectively utilizes peak and off-peak electricity pricing policies, reducing operating costs.
Simplified Operation: One-click start/stop and optimized control functions simplify the operation process, enhancing user convenience.
Application: The system is suitable for electric steam boilers of various sizes ranging from 15KW to 5000KW and voltages between 380-690V. It is an ideal choice for industrial heating, central heating, hotels, community heating, etc. in areas with advantageous electricity prices, and can also be used as an auxiliary supply.
