Overview
Henan Rentai’s heat exchange station control system is a highly integrated automation solution designed for optimizing thermal energy management and distribution. The system ensures efficient and energy-saving operation of the heat exchange system by precisely controlling the outlet and return water temperature and the operation of the circulating water pump (including start and stop and frequency conversion regulation).
Main control
Outlet and return water temperature control: The system monitors the water temperature in real time through high-precision sensors and automatically adjusts to maintain the set temperature range to ensure heating quality and comfort.
Circulating water pump control: The start and stop and speed of the water pump are controlled by PLC intelligent control, and frequency conversion adjustment can be performed according to real-time needs to optimize energy efficiency.
Main communication interface
RS485 bus: supports efficient data communication between devices.
Ethernet network: realizes network management of the system, convenient for remote monitoring and maintenance.
GPRS wireless communication: with the help of Internet of Things technology, the system can remotely transmit data and receive control commands to achieve truly intelligent management.
