SZS Series Fuel (Gas) Hot Water Boiler Dedicated Design: A control system specially designed for fuel (gas) hot water boilers, covering control requirements from the burner to flue gas emission, as well as the process control of water source and return water, and safety monitoring control needs.
Comprehensive Control Functions: Includes combustion sequence control, inlet and outlet water temperature control, circulation pump control, and constant pressure water replenishment device control, optimizing overall boiler operation efficiency.
Auxiliary Equipment Management: Controls boiler auxiliary equipment such as circulation pumps, oil pumps, constant pressure water replenishment devices, economizers, vacuum deaerators, and burners, enabling fully automatic operation.
Communication and Control Core
Communication Interface: Equipped with RS485 bus, Ethernet, and GPRS wireless communication, supporting integration with industrial automation systems such as SCADA systems and IoT systems.
Control System: Optional PLCs from domestic or internationally renowned brands (Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, etc.), ensuring system reliability and efficiency. The system can be configured with an upper-level computer or use a DCS control system. Alternatively, a simple button-based microcontroller control system can be selected.
Control Features
Precise Monitoring and Control: Monitoring and control of various boiler parameters and states, such as inlet and outlet water temperatures, burner fire high/low transition, etc., ensuring optimal combustion of the heat source.
Efficient Operation: Independent multi-loop control for temperature, pressure, antifreeze, etc. Manual/automatic control and main/standby switching of pump and valve equipment.
Safety Assurance: Continuous detection of temperature, pressure, flow, and liquid levels, with abnormal alarms and interlocking protection. Sensor fault self-check and internal fault self-check of the control device.
Application: Suitable for boilers with tonnage of 0.7MW-14MW and supports various domestic and imported burner brands, such as Weishaupt, Oilon, and Aucma, ensuring wide compatibility and adaptability.
